Children's Privacy
Dotkids is designed for children aged 6-11 and takes children's privacy very seriously.
All child accounts must be created by a parent or guardian. Children cannot create accounts independently.
We collect only the minimum information needed for the platform to function and personalise the learning experience.
We comply with applicable children's online privacy laws and do not serve targeted advertising to children.
Child Profile Safety
To protect children's identity and privacy, Dotkids does not allow the upload of real profile photos of children.
Instead, children use a selection of fun, pre-approved Dotkids avatars within the platform.
This approach helps us reduce the risk of personal image exposure, maintain a safe digital environment, and protect children's identities online.
Parents and guardians remain in control of their child's profile information at all times.
How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account and your child's learning profile.
To deliver, personalise, and improve our educational content and platform features.
To send important account-related communications (e.g. password resets, service updates).
To analyse usage patterns in aggregate so we can improve the overall learning experience.
We will never use your information for purposes you have not consented to.
