By accessing or using the Dotkids platform, website, or any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are a parent or guardian registering on behalf of a child, you agree to these terms on your own behalf and on behalf of your child.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Who Can Use Dotkids
Dotkids is designed for children aged 6-11. All child accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older.
Parents and guardians are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account and their child's account.
By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
Use of the Platform
Dotkids grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or content without our prior written permission.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its related systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these terms.
Child Profile Images
For safety reasons, users may not upload real photographs of children as profile images on the Dotkids platform.
Dotkids provides a curated avatar system designed to protect children's privacy while keeping the experience fun and personalised.
Any attempt to upload unauthorised images may result in the removal of that content or action taken on the associated account.
Content & Intellectual Property
All content on the Dotkids platform, including text, graphics, mascots (the Dotcrew), badges, lessons, and interactive activities, is owned by or licenced to Dotkids and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute our content without express written permission.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide to us may be used by Dotkids without obligation to you.
Disclaimers & Limitations
Dotkids is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Dotkids is currently in development. Features and availability may change without notice.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
